Chicken math
So there is apparently a thing called chicken math where people plan on getting only a few chickens and just can't stop buying more. This isn't exactly the case here, we were already planning on a bigger duck flock than ten, but I like the term. And I think chicken math is so understandable. As soon as we moved them outside I was so sad, I missed the peeping. So here we go again for flock #2.

She spit up all over and I thought, "I need to get pictures of some of these rough moments too." And then she pulled out ALL the cuteness and I melted.
Mother's Day 2021
I had a truly wonderful mother's day this year. I got to speak in church and my mom got to listen via zoom, so that was extra special. I got drawing stuff and rain boots for taking care of my plants and ducks. And I got my wedding flowers. And of course all my sweet beautiful kids. Sienna even made me a personalized coloring book.
