We arrived at Brighton Park Apartments on July 7th. Unfortunately when we arrived their internet was down and we couldn't pay with a credit card, and the bank we go through isn't located in California. They couldn't give us the key until we had paid so my parents had to drive to the bank so they could transfer money from my account to my grandpa's account and then get a cashier's check for that account. When we finally got into the apartment there was a nice welcome basket. The workers here are extremely nice and very quick with maintenance calls.
After a week or so with help from my parents and our own special touches. It is looking a lot more like a home now instead of a hotel room.

Sean taking a nap. Surprisingly that makes me feel more at home.
