Tree

 

We got a great deal on a tree and surprised the kids with it.

I knew Sienna would gravitate to the ladder. I am surprised she went there after the tree.

Painting a Christmas

 Sean bought me paint for Christmas and we are slowly painting the kitchen together. Our kitchen already looks so much brighter and I love painting together. 

Sean made these mountains on the inside of a cabinet and I think they are gorgeous. 

Adalind learned a new trick! She can suck her thumb 

Getting more and more comfortable in her skates. She still gets frustrated but she isn't giving up.

We tried making a mirror cake. It looks okay and Lucy liked adding the sprinkles. It tastes much better than I expected so that was nice too. 

We went to Applebee's to celebrate after Sean got home.

Lucy means light and this little girl sure does light up our lives. We have loved spending 3 years with her. She asked for skates months ago. I built her a skate trainer and she got skates from her grandpa and a helmet and pads from grandma and grandpa. 

She loved these decorations from Gram and seemed very satisfied after arranging them like thus.
