Winter Beach Day

We went to Barcelona Lighthouse. It was gorgeous and empty. There were waterfalls all along the beach and little streams. The fallen branches were sturdy for climbing on. The kids had so much fun...until a wave caught Gabriel's shoe and carried it out into the lake. I didn't go after it. Mixed feelings about whether I should have.

 "Mommy, take a picture of this before I throw it into the lake" Me- "Buddy, I don't think know that's going anywhere. Can I take a picture of you on it?" G- "Ok."

 "Cheese!"

 "Closer Mommy! Closer!"

 The kids were helping the natural erosion along with sticks.
