Closing Day

Closing Day didnt quite go how I expected. Our lawyer let us come as soon as he opened which I really appreciated. He gave each kid thier own notebook and pen.

 I made the mistake of thinking that since I used money orders to close on our Michigan house almost 5 years ago that it would work again. Of course it was declined, and with the time difference we had to wait 45 minutes for the bank call center to open. Luckily the Jamestown Wendys recently started doing breakfast.

We got it worked out with our bank so we could pay, but we had lost precious packing time and energy. 

I was planning on sleeping one last night in the airbnb but Gabriel convinced Sean we should sleep in the new house by actually being excited about it and asking to. Sean had a meeting he couldnt reschedule an hour away that night, so I had a lot of work to do to get things packed and get everything we needed to sleep in the new place as well. Sienna helped a lot.  Here is how we slept.
