Waiting on the back porch for the realtor to arrive. We were a bit early. Zoom to the horizon to see lake Erie.

Final Walkthrough
On Wednesday we did our final walk through the house before closing day. Walking through I realized the house was nicer than I realized. It was cluttered during the initial showing so I didn't notice the nice crown molding, tile work, and some other elements.
Starting to get cold, luckily we walked around to the front and he drove up.
